Key duties and responsibilities / Activités clés et responsabilités

  • Ensure high quality service is provided to interested parties at all times, meeting section KPI targets, IMS amp; API requirements
  • Developing and agreeing marketing plans with Director of Sales amp; Marketing and oversee implementation in line with Company’s strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Providing overall guidance and direction in the execution of marketing functions.
  • Coordinating market research and intelligence activities geared towards providing market information for decision-making - market trends, buyer values, competitors, SWOT, etc.
  • Facilitating implementation of the approved brand, pricing and packaging strategy for.
  • Lead development and implementation of the Trade Marketing strategies to achieve defined business growth objectives across all sales channels in the Zone.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams, Regional Trade Marketing teams, to help translate marketing plans into a strategic trade marketing calendar of programs.
  • Work with Sales teams to negotiate and sell-in marketing activations and customer growth initiatives to our trade partners.
  • Develop and implement tailor-made promotional programs for all channels, and ensure that they are in line with overall business strategy.
  • Develop Look of Success (LoS) by channel and ensure full compliance to LoS guide.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales team to agree the point of sale materials (POSM) required to support the selling effort, and then execute all implementation of POSM in market (from design, to production, logistics and execution strategies.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide market insight to the Salesforce, Marketing teams and senior management to shape winning marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Manage all assigned trade marketing resources, materials and equipment in an efficient manner in order to maximize the use, and extend the life of organization’s assets.
  • Develop personnel capability and coach others in his/her area of expertise to sustainably drive business results.
  • Effectively measure and evaluate all BTL activities to ensure activities deliver set objectives.
  • Provide overall guidance, leadership and strategic direction to the Marketing amp; Trade Marketing team.
  • Evaluate the training requirements of his subordinates and discuss/ agree training needs with the HAM amp; Admin Department.
  • Provide on-the-job training as well as coaching and mentoring to subordinates, trainees, and apprentices.
  • Set up KPIs and conduct annual performance appraisal of all direct subordinates.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales amp; Marketing Director
