Responsibilities
  • Order amp; Delivery Management
  • Demand Planning and forecasting all the food rations for all sector warehouses.
  • Maintain Supply chain visibility assessment for 120-150 days.
  • Ensure to prepare lead time analysis between various POL to sector warehouses.
  • Ensure to maintain UNRS compliancy analysis against the received order from client (BFO, FFO).
  • Ensure to analyze and assess the rations order variances between BFO -FFO, FFO-FFO and its long-term impact.
  • Prepare and maintain the performance credit control evaluation against rations order and supplies for all sectors.
  • Ensure to prepare stock at risk analysis with six months shelf life at various sector warehouses.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the cost benefit analysis Supplies vs non-supplies to client.
  • Maintain and update regularly on the financial impact assessment of operations -Inventory holdings.
  • Analyze the stock levels of each warehouse and forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and non-availability of stock in warehouses.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain reports by weekly, monthly, and annually. Such as the demand planning, stock levels of each warehouse, stock at risk and ASN and stock outstanding reports.
  • In the absence of the Inventory Control Manager, Inventory Analyst is responsible for replacing the Inventory Control Manager in the mission.
  • Stock Management
  • Ensure that all the stock in WH have meet the shelf life as per the standard, report any short life products, suggest for substitution in order to liquidate the short life products.
  • Coordinate with WHM to obtain and control shelf life and expiry reports, advice Inventory Control manager for forced issue requests, make sure rations reserve expiry date is passed on for clearance on slow moving items.
  • Ensure that Ration Reserve and Operational Stock are maintained in WH1 as per the contractual obligation, in case any shortages report to the Inventory Control Manager/OM.
  • Ensure that short life/nonmoving stocks are managed well, minimize the disposal in order to control the cost
  • Ensure that the awareness of company policies and Procedures and same are followed in an effective manner.
  • Train and guide other stock controllers to enhance team performance, analytical skills.
  • Client Relation
  • Ensure all the communications (verbal and oral) to the clients are managed in a proper and professional manner.
  • Work closely and maintain a healthy relationship with the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Stock Control Management, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Ability to train, coach, guide team members
