As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stock levels are effectively managed, and that our warehouse operations are streamlined for optimal performance. You will work closely with our supply chain and logistics teams, as well as external partners, to maintain accurate records and ensure the timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities
- Monitor replenishment and timely completion of replenishment activities
- Assist the Inventory Supervisor on his tasks and fill in for the Inventory Supervisor in his absence.
- Ensure that ERMS delivery notes are generated on time to meet the delivery schedule.
- Prepare the substitutions template for upload into the clients ERP system and ensure that upload files are correct to avoide issues during delivery note generations.
- Ensure the timely completions of all transactions in the WMS system to meet the clients and GCC's goals.
- Ensure that arrived container receipts are recorded in WMS with 100% data accuracy by using correct fields and without any shortfalls.
- Ensure timely update of the WMS and submit the delivery notes without delay to finance to start the invoicing process to the client.
- Maintain the delivery note tracker and ensure all the delivery notes are duly signed and highlight any discrepancy that has not been recorded on the customer complain log and highlight it to management.
- Keep updated inventory records, including daily shipments, dispatched goods, etc. into the WMS.
- Liaise with warehouse team on picking issues and investigate the cause and liaice with supervisor for needed adjustments.
- Prepare and perform cycle counts in accosdance to the cycle count process and infestigate the cause of any variance found. Present the findings to the Inventory Supervisor.
- Ensure all the Pick List are generated on time in line with the Batch Number/Expiry Dates and locations and provide to the WH manager on time and meet 100% delivery compliance with line item and weight.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 8 years of relevant work experience in Inventory/ Stock Control Management
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge in inventory management with a large number of line items (hundred+ line items).
- Very good knowledge of the flow of goods from procurement-logistics-receiving-storage-dispatch.
- Physiologically fit to work in food handling operations amp; remote site locations
- Experience in NGO/ food ration projects an advantage
- Good English language - read/write/speak
- French language knowledge an advantage
